Our "HUB & Spoke" Model

THG uses its bespoke Hub & Spoke Model to create a unique and innovative interconnected group.

Each one of our brands are stand alone enterprises, they deliver their own value proposition to their customers and they serve completely different sectors/industries.

Yet they remain interconnected as part of our group, so all real estate maintenance is the responsiblity of Lupine, Aguiline Media is responsible for the advertising of our brands and is a tier 1 partner with the Olympus group supplying each one of their centres with a bespoke radio station. Vulpine Financial works with franchisees from all brands to finance their franchise opportunities and so the list goes on.

Not only are all the brands interconnected but they also use THG to create efficiencies across their brands. THG is responsible for all "core services, this means no brands have an HR department, finance department or IT department THG handles it all. THG is then able to create a much better talent pool to draw from and present our own colleagues with a vastly different set of career prospects than almost any other employer worldwide.
